Jeremy Frommer, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jeremy Frommer has served as Creatd's CEO and a member of our board of directors since the company's inception. He is a veteran of Wall Street, having spent over 20 years as a portfolio manager and in senior management in the investment banking and trading (risk arb) divisions of large financial institutions, including Kidder Peabody & Co., Bankers Trust, Bank of America, and Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). In 2002, Frommer launched NextGen Trading, a software development company building proprietary equity trading platforms; NextGen was later acquired by Carlin Financial Group for $10 million in 2004, at which point Frommer was named CEO of the combined entity.•In 2007, Mr. Frommer began his tenure as Managing Director of Global Prime Services at RBC Capital Markets following Carlin’s $100 million acquisition by RBC. Mr. Frommer holds a B.A. from the University of Albany.

Justin Maury, President & Head of Creative

Justin Maury first joined Creatd in 2013, bringing with him ten years of experience in the creative industry. After partnering with Creatd co-founder Jeremy Frommer, Justin, a full stack designer and product developer by training, led the Company’s product development for four years. His passion for the creative arts and technology ultimately yielded the vision for Creatd's flagship product, Vocal. During these early formative years for the company, Justin was a driving force in creating the vision, design and architecture for the Vocal platform and managing the oversight of technology development. The platform continues to grow and evolve under Justin’s supervision.

Chelsea Pullano, Chief Financial Officer

Chelsea Pullano has been our Chief Financial Officer since June 2020. Ms. Pullano has a long history of leadership at Creatd, serving as a member of the Company’s Management Committee for four years. Prior to her current role, Ms. Pullano was an integral member of Creatd's finance department since 2017, most recently serving as our Head of Corporate Finance, a role in which she coordinated our periodic reports under the Exchange Act and other financial matters. Prior to joining the Finance Department, Ms. Pullano was a member of our operations team from 2015 to 2017. She holds a B.A. from the State University of New York College at Geneseo.

Laurie Weisberg, Chief Operating Officer & Director

Ms. Weisberg brings proven experience in leadership, strategic partnerships and revenue growth at an institutional level. In her role as COO, Ms. Weisberg focuses on building new business utilizing the proprietary strengths of Creatd's flagship platform Vocal and its affiliated portfolio of businesses. Previously, Ms. Weisberg served as the Chief Sales Officer at Intent, a leading data science company for global e-commerce brands, and prior to that held senior leadership positions at numerous technology companies, including as Chief Revenue Officer at Arianna Huffington's Thrive Global, and as part of the executive leadership team at Datalogix leading up to its acquisition by Oracle in 2015. Additionally, Laurie holds a seat on the advisory board of Crowdsmart.

Mark Standish, Chairman of the Board

Mark Standish is the Chairman of our Board of Directors, having first been elected in July 2020, and chair of its Audit Committee. As Chairman, Mr. Standish is responsible for leading the Board’s review of the company’s strategic initiatives. Mr. Standish has served as a Senior Partner for HHM Capital since January 2017. Additionally, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors for LightPoint Financial Technology LLC since January 2017. From February 2015 to December 2016, he served as Managing Partner and Chief Information Officers for Deimos Asset Management LLC. In 1995 he joined the Royal Bank of Canada and served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of RBC Capital Markets from 2008 to 2014. Mr. Standish studied banking and finance at Croydon College in England in 1983.

Mark Patterson, Director

Mark Patterson was elected to our Board of Directors in July 2020, and chairs its Compensation Committee. Mr. Patterson co-founded leading private equity firm MatlinPatterson Global Advisors in 2002. Earlier in his career, Patterson worked in leveraged finance at Credit Suisse, Scully Brothers & Foss, Salomon Brothers, and Bankers Trust. During his tenure as chairman and chief executive of MatlinPatterson’s asset management division, Mr. Patterson expanded the firm’s portfolio beyond distressed debt, implementing other investment strategies such as credit trading, securitized credit, and senior credit. Mr. Patterson received degrees in Law and Economics from Stellenbosch University in South Africa and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business. As a member of our Board, Mr. Patterson brings extensive experience in financial markets, investment management, and corporate governance.

Laurie Weisberg, Director & Chief Operating Officer

Laurie Weisberg has been a member of our Board of Directors since July 2020, where she chairs its Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee, and was named Chief Operating Officer in September of that year. Prior to joining Creatd's board, Ms. Weisberg has spent over 25 years at the forefront of sales and marketing innovation in the technology space, having held leadership positions at various technology companies including Thrive Global, Curalate, and Oracle Data Cloud. Additionally, Ms. Weisberg has served on the Advisory Board at Crowdsmart, an intelligent data-driven investment prediction platform. Ms. Weisberg is uniquely qualified to serve on our Board of Directors due to her extensive global sales and brand marketing expertise as well as her leadership experience working within the technology space.

Leonard Schiller, Director

Leonard Schiller has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2016. He previously held the position of Chairman until Mark Standish assumed the role in July 2020. Mr. Schiller is President and Managing Partner of the Chicago law firm of Schiller, Strauss and Lavin PC and has been associated with the firm since 1977. He has also served as the President of The Dearborn Group, a residential property management and real estate company with properties located in the Midwest, and has been involved in the ownership of residential properties and commercial properties throughout the country. As the longest-tenured member of Creatd's Board of Directors, and its previous Chairman, Mr. Schiller brings substantial legal and business insight and governance expertise.

LaBrena Jones Martin has been a member of Creatd's board of directors since October 2020, where she chairs its Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee.

LaBrena Jones Martin has been a member of Creatd's board of directors since October 2020. Ms. Martin began her career as an enforcement attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where she investigated and prosecuted securities fraud and manipulation over a nine-year tenure. In 1987, she joined E.F. Hutton (which ultimately became Lehman Brothers) as a Vice President in the General Counsel’s Office. Over her eight-year tenure, Ms. Martin held a series of successively responsible positions, including as Senior Vice President and Manager of the Derivatives Finance Group, overseeing legal, regulatory, credit, and tax due diligence supporting equity derivatives transactions.

In 1995, Ms. Martin joined Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) as General Counsel of its U.S. Broker Dealer, charged with building out legal and compliance to support its planned growth in the U.S. By 2004, she was U.S. General Counsel for its expanded banking and securities platform, a role in which she oversaw, among other matters, legal due diligence and regulatory approvals for acquisitions, as well as corporate governance initiatives. Ms. Martin additionally established the bank’s inaugural government affairs division in the United States, with a mandate to strategically identify critical issues and execute on plans for engagement with elected regulatory officials, industry peers, trade associations, and other influencers.

Ms. Martin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from Barnard College and a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law.
